You acknowledge that Charging Hub is under no obligation to use any feedback provided and that similar ideas may already be under consideration or development by Charging Hub independently.
2.11 Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. Charging Hub does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of such services. Users interact with third-party services at their own risk, and Charging Hub shall not be held liable for any issues arising from their use.
3. Charging Hub's Position and Limitation of Responsibility
3.1 Intermediary Role
Charging Hub operates as an intermediary platform connecting Users with Charge Point Operators (CPOs). Charging Hub does not own, operate, install, maintain, or control any charging stations. The physical charging infrastructure — including hardware, software, connectivity, electrical supply, and on-site safety measures — is the sole responsibility of the relevant CPO. Charging Hub's role is limited to providing a digital platform through which Users can discover, access, and pay for Charging Sessions at CPO-managed stations.
3.2 No Endorsement or Warranty of CPO Services
The listing of a charging station on the Charging Hub App does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty by Charging Hub regarding the quality, safety, reliability, or suitability of that station. Users access CPO-managed stations at their own risk and should exercise independent judgment regarding the suitability of any station for their vehicle and charging needs.
3.3 Pricing Information
While Charging Hub endeavors to display accurate pricing information in the App, the Display Price is subject to change and may differ from prices displayed at the physical charging station. The Display Price shown in the App at the time of session initiation is the price that applies. Charging Hub is not liable for pricing errors caused by CPO data feed delays, system synchronization issues, or other technical factors beyond its reasonable control.
3.4 Station Availability
The availability of charging stations shown in the App is provided in real-time where technically feasible but may not always reflect the actual status of a station. Charging Hub does not guarantee that a station shown as available will be accessible upon arrival. Stations may become unavailable due to technical faults, occupancy by another vehicle, maintenance activities, power outages, physical obstructions (including non-EV vehicles), or other circumstances beyond Charging Hub's control.
3.5 Technical Issues
Charging Hub is not responsible for interruptions, malfunctions, communication errors, or failures at charging stations. Such issues are the sole responsibility of the relevant Charge Point Operator. Users experiencing technical difficulties at a station should report them to Charging Hub and, where possible, directly to the CPO using the contact information provided at the station.
3.6 Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Charging Hub shall not be liable for damage to vehicles, batteries, charging equipment, or other property arising from the use of third-party charging stations. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by faulty or incompatible hardware, power surges, incorrect voltage delivery, or any defect in the charging station's operation.
3.7 Charging Speed
Actual charging speeds may vary based on the vehicle's battery management system, state of charge, ambient temperature, station capabilities, grid conditions, and other factors. Charging Hub does not guarantee any specific charging speed, and variations in charging speed shall not constitute a basis for a refund or claim against Charging Hub.
4. Account Security and Responsibility

- If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of its security, you must notify Charging Hub immediately at [email protected]
- You must provide all relevant details, including the nature of the unauthorized access, date, and time of occurrence, and any actions you have taken to secure the account.
- Charging Hub will investigate the reported breach and may temporarily suspend or lock your account during the investigation to prevent further unauthorized access.
4.2 Charging Hub’s Position on Account Security
4.2.1 No Identity Verification of Login Activity

- Excessive failed login attempts.
- Unexpected usage patterns, such as access from multiple geographic locations in a short period.
- Potential misuse of coupons, discounts, or other account-related benefits.
4.4.2 Suspension or Termination of Account
- Charging Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
- Unauthorized access or misuse of the account is detected.
- You are found to have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited actions.
- Your account poses a security risk to other users or the Charging Hub platform.
4.4.3 Recovery of Losses
- If any unauthorized access to your account results in financial loss to Charging Hub, including the misuse of discounts, credits, or fraudulent activity, Charging Hub reserves the right to recover such losses from you. This may include:
- Retroactive billing for unauthorized discounts or credits consumed.
- Legal action to recover damages caused by your negligence or intentional misconduct.
4.5 Data Security Measures Implemented by Charging Hub
Charging Hub is committed to protecting your account and personal data through the following measures:
4.5.1 Encryption
- All sensitive data, including login credentials and payment information, is encrypted during transmission and storage using industry-standard encryption protocols.
4.5.2 Two-Factor Authentication (If Applicable)
- Charging Hub may introduce two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure for user accounts. If implemented, 2FA will require you to verify your identity using a secondary method — such as a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number or email address — in addition to your password. Where 2FA is available, Charging Hub strongly recommends that you enable it. Where Charging Hub designates 2FA as mandatory, you will be required to complete the 2FA setup process to continue accessing the Services
4.5.3 Secure Login Practices
- Charging Hub requires secure login practices, including the use of HTTPS protocols and secure sessions to prevent unauthorized interception of credentials.
4.5.4 Regular Security Audits
- Charging Hub conducts regular audits and updates to its systems to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities in its platform.

- Your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Unauthorized access or misuse of your account caused by your negligence.
- Any fraudulent or unlawful activities conducted through your account.
4.7 User Acknowledgment
By using the Charging Hub App and creating an account, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The security of your account is your sole responsibility.
- Charging Hub has implemented reasonable security measures to safeguard your data and account but cannot guarantee protection against all potential threats.
- You will promptly report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to Charging Hub.

5.7 Special Considerations for Subscription Plans (If Applicable)
If Charging Hub offers subscription plans for charging services, the refund policy for subscription fees will be governed by the following terms:

-
Payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in these Terms (see Section 5: Return and Refund Policy). This includes:
