How to register as a Charging Hub member?
- Download the Charging Hub App, then tap [Apply Now].
- Select your registration type (currently limited to "Taxi Driver User") to register, and tap [Continue].
- Enter your phone number and tap [Continue]. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile phone.
- Once your mobile number is successfully verified, please set up your password and account name. Your standard account is now ready for use!
** Note: "Taxi Driver Users" must proceed to verify their taxi driver identity to enjoy taxi special discounts. For details, please refer to: Promotion > 1. How can I enjoy Taxi Driver privileges?

How do I find charging stations near me?
Our app uses your location to display nearby charging stations. You can also filter stations by availability. Simply clicks on the station address to launch your Map app for navigation.

How do I pay for charging?
We support various payment methods, including Visa/Mastercard credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay and FPS.

How do I know if a charging station is available?
You can filter stations by "Available" in the app to see only those currently free for use.

What charging speeds are supported?
We support various charging speeds, including Level 2 (AC) and DC fast charging. Details are available for each station

Can I see the pricing for charging at each station?
Yes, pricing information is displayed down to each charger for each station. It may vary based on time of day, charging speed, and station operator. You may get the information on Station Details page and “Confirm to Charge” page.

What are the potential charges?
In addition to the electricity (kw) used during charging sessions, our platform will charge a flat admin. fee HK$2 per transaction. Also, there may be Time Charge and/or Idle Fee charged by respective operators. You may check the fees details in “Fee Details” of each Charger of the Station. You may also review all the fees on the “Confirm to Charge” page. Please also read the respective operator’s “Disclaimer” in the Station Detail page.

How I would be charged if my charging across peak and non-peak sessions?
We always refer to the charging rate at the session you start charging no matter whether it’s peak or non-peak.

Why I can’t register if I’m not a taxi driver?
Thanks for your interest! We focus on serving taxi drivers at this stage but we’re working hard on extending our services! Stay Tuned!

How to delete the Charging Hub account?
Click [More] at the bottom menu, then go to [Profile], you can find the [Delete Account] button at the bottom. Once you reconfirm by clicking [Delete] button, your account and all the related records will be deleted.

How can I enjoy Taxi Driver privileges?
Register yourself and your taxi, you may enjoy taxi driver special rate! Simply register as a Taxi Driver during member registration OR update in your Personal Profile anytime if you’re already a member.
We provide 2 verification methods:
- Verification with Charging Hub: please upload your effective taxi driver license and your taxi’s license.
- Verification via Dash: if you’ve an effective Dash account with valid verification in place, simply click [Verify with DASH] button to verify your taxi driver identity. You only need to upload your taxi’s license in Charging Hub app for taxi verification.
Your application will be pre-approved after initial verification so that you may enjoy the privileges right away! Official approval will be carried out after further verification by our designated staff.
Kindly be reminded to register your every taxi to enjoy the special rate!

How do I report a problem with a charging issue?
If you’re facing technical issues with the charging station / connector, please report the issue to respective service operators. You can report charging apps (e.g. cannot complete payment process) or billing issues to our customer support.
